The improvement in global meat markets has been reflected in better bids and offers in recent days, the most positive news is Chinese domestic beef prices have moved higher after Chinese New Year which is unusual given a price fall is often what occurs. The lack of offerings from South America and the 20% higher price levels has many China importers wondering what 2021 has to offer.
